Likely over the next few days I hope to change a couple of things. Already I've moved around the 'featured' section. Added two or three more folders to sort things. To top it off, I've deleted several personal photos.
I thought about starting from scratch but I've been here for 10 years so I might as well stay.
I'll be changing my name in the near future, already it is reflected in my 'bio'.
Here's to hoping I'll actually post. I have quite a bit of stuff to post as I haven't updated in QUITE some time and I have plenty of art to upload.

So Many Things

There are so many different things that have happened in the past 4 years. I'm on my second son, my first is now in school, I'm nearly done with my second book and I've been working for nearly an entire year. It's not the best of jobs to say the least. If I can give anyone advice don't go into food service, and if you do research the hell out of those restaurants and the way they treat their employees. PLEASE. Because they are hard on you.
It's funny that I updated all of that in like 2 seconds. So much yet words can explain it all so quickly.

It's the day after Christmas and my son is a year and 3 months old.
I live with my mother-in-law but by February my family could be homeless because she's leaving town.
I might have to work, even though I don't want to, to help support my family.
Things aren't looking so great, but I'm keeping my chin up and leaving a small smile upon my face because who knows what's ahead?
On a happier note, my son has a WIDE vocabulary. He's so smart and adorable and so very very sweet. He loves giving kisses. It's absolutely adorable.
Also, My parents did the most amazing thing the day of and before Christmas. I was in the kitchen looking around for something when my dad goes "Hey Chey, are you gonna take your canning jars?" And I was startled as I said "No. I thought they were yours." And he says "Nope, they've always been yours." And it made me SOOOO happy that I wanted to leap for joy. I couldn't believe they were Actually mine!
And to put icing on the cake! the next day, my mom is getting out her fine dishes (it's not china but maybe porcelain?) and I was standing next to her and she looks at me with a serious face as I'm cleaning off the high chair and all I'm thinking is 'Oh shit' but she comes out with rather simply "I was thinking about giving these to you." And for the second day I was startled and elated "What? Really?" And she said "yeah, I was thinking about who would really appreciate these most and I had two options you or your uncle and I thought you would be the best." And you have NO idea how much that meant to me. I love my moms fine dinner wear. They are white but the holders and everything is red and it's just so gorgeous. I can't wait until they are in my own cupboards and I can just be happy and admire them.

SO! Update:
My son is almost 8 months old.
I am out of college and am being a stay at home mom.
Life is Very stressful, but nothing I can't handle.
I wish I lived on my own but that'll happen someday in the future. (Hopefully closer than I think.)
I play so much SMITE it is ALMOST ridiculous. Almost. But not quite.
I think that is all....
Oh Yes! Never Mind! There is ONE piece of information I forgot
I won my local Contest for Writing. I got 4th 2nd and 1st place! yay!!! and to TOP it Off! It's my third year in a row getting 1ST!!!
