I feel like a marionette.
As if someone is dancing for me.
Acting, Playing.
Singing,
Speaking,
Being.
I feel like a marionette.
And if I am,
Then I cannot feel.
But if this pain is real,
I'd rather be a marionette unfeeling
Not reeling
From such a deadly blow.

So I wrote this because it was a mantra of words trapped in my mind that I wished out. And a way to vent emotions deep inside that can mutate into anything on paper. :3
Well, my grandmother told me that my poem was true. That that is how relationships feel when they have ended or are ending. As if you're not in control.
